Encouraging Speech

Prerequisite: Proficiency in Persuasion

You can expend a superiority die to give an encouraging speech, spending the next minute rallying your allies. You grant two allies temporary hit points equal to the amount rolled on the superiority die + your maneuver ability modifier.

This increases to three allies at 5th level, four allies at 9th level, five allies at 13th level, and six allies at 17th level.
