Tweaked from 5eYou already know this as 5e Feeblemind (likely) — It's your Feeblemind in spirit -- blasting minds with an Intelligence save and psychic damage -- but reworked into a 9th-level mass attack that hits up to ten creatures for big damage and stuns them, rather than permanently crushing one target's Int and Cha to 1. ✨
Up to ten creatures within 90 feet take 14d6 psychic on a failed Int save; failures are also stunned until they pass a Wisdom save.

Each target must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 14d6 psychic damage and is stunned. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and isn't stunned.
A stunned target can make a Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, the stunning effect ends.
