Stone Camouflage (Trait). The worrt has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in rocky terrain.
Bite (Action). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) kinetic damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the worrt can't bite another target. The target must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a success.
Tongue (Action). The worrt targets one Small or smaller creature that it can see within 15 feet of it. The target must make a DC 12 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the target is pulled into an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the worrt, and the worrt can make a bite attack against it as a bonus action.
