Tweaked from 5eYou already know this as 5e Fire Storm — It's basically Fire Storm — a storm you drop in an area that forces Dex saves and ignites objects — but reskinned to lightning, bumped to a 9th-level slot, and made persistent so anything entering or starting its turn inside eats a punishing 30d6. ✨
Summon a 60-foot lightning storm for 1 minute; creatures entering or starting turns inside take 30d6 lightning on a failed Dex save.
