Tweaked from 5eYou already know this as 5e Cone of Cold — It's your Cone of Cold — a high-level 60-foot save-for-half cone blast — just retuned to lightning damage on a Dexterity save instead of cold on a Constitution save.
Every creature in a 60-foot cone makes a Dexterity save or takes 12d6 lightning damage, half on a success.
