Charge (Trait). If the boar-wolf moves at least 20 feet toward a target and hits it with a tusk attack on that turn, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) kinetic damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Keen Ears and Nose (Trait). The beast has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Relentless (Trait). If the boar-wolf takes 10 damage or less that would reduce it to 0 hit points, it is reduced to 1 hit point instead.

Tusk (Action). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) kinetic damage.
