Tweaked from 5eYou already know this as 5e Hold Monster — It's your Hold Monster — same paralyze-on-failed-Wisdom-save with a repeat save each turn and an immune-creature carve-out, but bumped to a point-centered area effect instead of single-target (and droids/constructs are immune instead of undead).
Every creature in a 30-foot cube must pass a Wisdom save or be paralyzed for up to 1 minute, re-saving each turn.
